How does our Subscription service works?

Convenience

We offer a monthly subscription option on a selection of products and get them conveniently delivered to your door regularly.

Delivery

Receive free delivery if your subscription is more than R450 per month.

The delivery fee will be extra on the product price and added to your monthly subscription product with every recurring charge on your credit or debit card.

Secure Payments

After checkout is completed, your credit or debit card will be regularly charged at your prescribed intervals.

Our subscription service works through PayFast, and you will need to create an account with PayFast to manage your subscription.

Cancel anytime through your PayFast account.

You are welcome to email us at subscriptions@saggystone.co.za to update, pause or cancel your subscription.

FAQs

You can only purchase one subscription product per cart at checkout. If you have more than one subscription product, you will not be able to checkout. Only the first subscription product details will be sent to us by PayFast.

You can include a once-off product in your cart when checking out. Only the subscription product amount will incur monthly recurring charges.

Yes, the delivery fee if your subscription value is below R450. You will receive free delivery if your subscription's value is over R450. The delivery fee will also be included in your subscription fee, which will be charged against your card details every month.

The future recurring fee indicated at PayFast's checkout screen include an asterisk * with a note that this amount may be subject to tax or shipping charges. The amount indicated is exclusive of the delivery fee, as it only indicates the subscription product price. The delivery fee will be added to product subscription price for every recurring charge against your card.

You can select to subscribe either to a 4-pack or case at some of our products. Other products are already bundles together to offer you great value for your monthly subscription.

This will be an indefinite monthly subscription that you can cancel anytime by either emailing us or on your PayFast dashboard.

Once you have completed the payment process at checkout, the subscription payments are activated against your credit or debit card through our payment provider, PayFast. Payments are scheduled at regular intervals based on your subscription selection.

Yes, it is safe as we use trusted payment provider PayFast. PayFast is a PCI DSS Level Service Provider part of the DPO Group. PayFast has a multitude of automated and manual checks in place to protect buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions.

You can sign up with PayFast as a Buyer to manage your subscriptions. You must select the “Buyer” option on the sign-up form. Click here to sign up and create your free account.

 

On your PayFast buyer dashboard, you will see your current list of subscription products and will be able to pause or cancel your subscription.

You are also welcome to email us at subscriptions@saggystone.co.za to update, pause or cancel your subscription.

If you email us at subscriptions@saggystone.co.za we will be able to do the following changes to your subscription product:

– The amount for the subscription

– The frequency of the subscription

– The number of cycles for the subscription

– The next payment date of the subscription

Yes, we can pause your subscription if you don’t want to receive your subscription product for a given period. You can email us at subscriptions@saggystone.co.za to pause your subscription.

Yes, we can cancel your subscription if you don’t want to receive your subscription product anymore. You can email us at subscriptions@saggystone.co.za to cancel your subscription.

Do the following to change your linked card:

– Login in to your PayFast account

– Navigate to your My Buyer Account > My Subscriptions

– Under My subscriptions history, find the subscription that you want to edit the card on.

– Under the Actions column click “…” and select Edit card details.

– Select the card you would like to change the subscription to, or if you want to add a new card click New card. If you add a new card you will need to repeat steps 2-4.

Please note: When you change the card linked to the subscription you will be redirected to the 3D Secure page to verify your card with an amount of R0.

If you have a Buyer account, when you log in to your PayFast account you can navigate to My Buyer Account > My subscriptions to view a history of your subscriptions, change the linked card or cancel a subscription.

 

Here is an overview of what you can find on the My subscriptions page:

Merchant – The merchant that the subscription is with

Item name  - The name associated with the subscription

Frequency – The frequency set on that specific subscription

Amount – The amount that is debited each cycle of the subscription

Linked card – The last four digits of the card that is linked to the subscription

Next payment – The date that the next payment will be debited

Final payment – The date that the last payment will be debited

Created – The date that the subscription was created

Status – The current status of the subscription (Active, Cancelled or Paused)

Actions – Actions that can be taken on the subscription (Change the linked card, cancel or  view the subscription)

If you have a registered PayFast buyer account, you can cancel a subscription from your PayFast dashboard at any given time.

Cancellation policies: Although you can cancel the subscription yourself, we recommend confirming the cancellation with the merchant you have the subscription with. This will help to ensure you are aware of any potential cancellation fees or clauses applicable to your subscription.

To cancel a subscription using your buyer account, do the following:

1. Log in to your PayFast account.

2. Navigate to Subscriptions.

3. Under My Subscriptions, locate the subscription that you would like to cancel.

4. Under the Action column click ”…” and select Cancel subscription

5. Click Submit.

PayFast will notify you and us as soon as a payment failure occurs and allow some time for the problem to be resolved.

If it is due to insufficient funds, then PayFast will try a number of times to reprocess the payment. After “X” amount of times of processing failure, your subscription will be locked and will not be processed. You and Saggy Stone will receive communication that the subscription is locked. We will get in contact with you regarding the next steps. We will reactivate the subscription on our dashboard once the issue has been resolved.

If the payment fails due to system issues on PayFast’s side, they will resolve any system issues, and the subscription payment will resume as soon as the system issue has been resolved.

If payment fails, then PayFast will try five times over five days to process the subscription payment. After the final attempt, your subscription will be locked by PayFast. You and Saggy Stone will receive communication regarding the payment failure and the “locked” subscription. We will contact you to resolve the issue and reactivate your subscription once it has been resolved.

Like all card payments, full authentication and 3D secure are required to process your subscription payment.

The 3D secure is only required for the first initial payment after checkout to authorize your debit or credit card for the subscription. All recurring payments after the first payment are reliant on the initial payment’s 3D secure authentication and do not require further involvement on your side for future payment processing.

When the your card is expiring you will receive emails from PayFast:

You will automatically receive mailers reminding you that your card linked to your recurring billing agreement will expire. Mailers will be sent month before, 2 weeks before and 2 days before your card's expiry date.

When your credit or debit card is going to be charged:

You will receive a reminder email from PayFast of a recurring billing charge 2 days before every scheduled payment date.

When your payment is cancelled:

You will receive a cancellation mailer from PayFast whenever you cancel a recurring charge via PayFast or if we cancel it from our end after communicating with you first.
